Warranty, Replacements, and Refunds

Our 90 day advance replacement warranty protects customers against equipment failures for three months after the parts is received. Our warranty program does not offer refunds.

In the rare case that we cannot deliver a working part, a full refund will be issued.

We do not offer refunds due to customer or project cancellations, misdiagnosis, part number discrepancies, discoloration, minor surface oxidation, or shipping delays. Refunds that are offered based on this criteria will incur a 15% restocking fee minus shipping.

Return Procedures:
  • Step 1 - Email us a full description of the issue. Statements like "You shipped the wrong part." or "The part doesn't work." are not helpful descriptions of the issue.
  • Step 2 - For part number issues, please send in a photos labeled "original" and "received" so we can determine the best way to quickly resolve the issue. Customers should be aware the same part likely has many different part numbers. It's important to establish if the parts are actually different or virtually identical.
  • Step 3 - Request the correct return address before sending the part back. Retruns are quite rare. RMA numbers are not required but return authorization is.
